Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
1 egg
2 cups chopped vegetables
1 tsp chives (fresh or dried)
canola cooking spray
cracked pepper
Step 1 – Use your NutriBullet and whisk the egg and egg whites for 10 seconds. Heat frypan and lightly spray with oil.
Step 2 – Pour eggs into the pan. Add vegetables and chives and cook for two minutes.
Step 3 – Using a spatula, flip over and cook for another minute. Season with salt & pepper.
Tips:
• You can buy egg whites from the freezer section of your supermarket.
• Keep a supply of choped veggies in a container in your fridge. It only takes 15 minutes, a couple of times a week to chop and have these veggies ready to go for your omelets.
