Ingredients:

1 cup frozen banana pieces
1 tsp crushed pecans
1 tbsp cacao chocolate nibs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup ice cubes
200ml light soy milk
1 cup cold water
1/2 tsp desiccated coconut

Optional toppers:
1 tsp flaxseed
sprinkle of nutmeg
2 tbsp honeycomb

Step 1 – Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Step 2 – Pour into a tall glass and add one or more of the optional toppers.

Tip:
• You can substitute the soy milk with any skim milk of your choice.
