Ingredients:

500g lean beef mince
1 brown onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 cup green peas
1 cup beef stock
2 tbsp salt-reduced soy sauce
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
cracked pepper

Step 1:  spray a frypan with oil and heat over medium-high. add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Step 2: add beef and cook until browned, then add carrots, celery and peas.

Step 3:  in a mixing jug or bowl, blend together stock, soy sauce and worcestershire. pour into saucepan and stir to mix.

Step 4:  season with pepper and curry powder, cover with lid and cook on medium for 30 minutes.

Tip: to thicken, mix 1-2 tbls of cornflour with 1/4-1/2 cup of water. stir until it resembles a pasty slurry. stir into the beef mixture for the last 1o minutes of cooking.
