Ingredients:
1 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
1/2 tsp lemon zest
150ml low-fat natural yogurt
15g black chia seeds
15g vanilla protein powder
Step 1: Spoon yogurt into a glass or small bowl and stir in the chia seeds and lemon zest.
Step 2: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
Step 3: When ready to eat stir in the protein powder until well blended. Top with kiwi slices and serve immediately
Tip:
• If you have more time, you can prepare the yogurt and chia seeds the night before and leave in the fridge overnight so they’re ready to eat in the morning.
